Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Honopinion (“the Service”), a product operated by Cybermoji Corporation(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Honopinion is an anonymous, no-account feedback platform. Creators describe a topic in one sentence; our AI generates six custom rating dimensions. Creators receive a public share link and a private admin link. Respondents rate each dimension anonymously. Results are visualized as a radar chart and can be exported as a shareable image card.

No account is required to create a feedback page or to respond. An email address is optional and only needed to unlock the verified dashboard and Pro features.

The Service is offered under three tiers:

• Free — Unverified: 1 active feedback page, unlimited responses, shareable results card, 30-day auto-deletion.
• Free — Verified (email confirmed): Up to 3 active pages, magic-link dashboard, 30-day auto-deletion.
• Pro ($25/year or $79 lifetime): Unlimited pages, no auto-deletion, CSV export, response notifications.

Tier limits are enforced at the point of page creation. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing Pro subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect feedback on illegal, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, duplicate-response prevention, or any security measure.
• Use automated bots or scripts to submit responses or create pages at scale.
• Collect personally identifiable information from respondents through the platform.

We reserve the right to remove pages that violate these terms and to suspend access to the Service for repeated violations.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (page titles, prompts). By submitting content, you grant Cybermoji Corporation a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service.

Response data belongs to the page creator in the sense that it is accessible via their admin link. However, responses are submitted anonymously and we do not associate responses with identifiable individuals.

AI-generated feedback dimensions are produced by third-party models (Anthropic, OpenAI) and are provided as-is without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Free-tier feedback pages and all associated responses are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Pro-tier pages are retained indefinitely until the creator deletes them or their subscription lapses.

Creators may delete their pages at any time via their admin link. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Pro plans are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a Pro plan you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card information.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting hello@honopinion.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your admin link is the sole means of accessing your page's results and settings. Treat it as a password — anyone with the link has full admin access. We cannot recover lost admin links. Do not share it publicly.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. AI-generated dimension suggestions are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybermoji Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to verified users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
